Refunds/Returns/Replacements

However, please note that some of our products are artisanal and hand-made, which may result in slight variations in texture, color, and size. Such differences should not be considered defects but rather add to the uniqueness of each product.
Once the order is shipped, we do not accept any returns unless the product shipped to you has a manufacturing defect or a quality issue or it is a different product than the one you ordered, we will try to replace it for you or process a refund.
To initiate this process, please write to us at care@livspace.com and provide a clear photo of the product that shows the area of concern. Complaints made more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
If the specific product you ordered is not available for replacement, we will initiate a refund after verification, which will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a cancellation policy on your orders (or a part of your order). To avail this facility please write to us at care@livspace.com or place a call (1800-309-0930) directly to us. Please ensure to do so within 48hrs of the order being confirmed or before order gets shipped (whichever action occurs first). Refunds for the same will be initiated in 7-10 working days.
We work closely with our manufacturers to create pieces that are made to stand the test of time. We’re confident in the quality of our product.
This product comes with a limited 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
Please note this means that the warranty does not cover any lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party. Also, products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size and therefore, not covered under warranty for these aspects.
