• Give your mattress good support with a sturdy bed frame that has adequate center support to prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress after every six months to ensure even usage
• Heavy objects placed on the mattress could deform it
• Do not bend, fold or roll the mattress as it will damage the core
• In case of any loose threads, trim it with a scissor
• Avoid using dry cleaning material or detergents
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress to keep it clean and fresh
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress
• Do not remove the brand label in the corner for warranty claims
• Do not expose to direct sunlight
• To keep the top of the mattress fresh, regularly air dry it under a fan
We recognise the fact that after purchase or installation of our products you may find that it is not up to your expectation. To alleviate these concerns we provide a replacement policy.
Replacements
Since online purchases can turn out to be different from your expectations in line of fit and finish we offer a replacement service. We accept replacements within 7 days from the delivery date.
Furthermore if any of the products delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, or is damaged/wrong product please write to us at care@livspace.com along with the photograph of the product as soon as you have opened the packaging. We will try to replace the product/issue a credit note/initiate a refund depending on the scenario. Any complaint that is reported within 7 days of delivery will be accepted post verification.
In the case of non-availability of the specific product ordered by you for replacement, your refund for the product will be initiated post verification. Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a cancellation policy on your orders (or a part of your order). To avail this facility please write to us at care@livspace.com or place a call ((1800-309-0930)) directly to us. Please ensure to do so within 2 days of the order being confirmed or before order gets shipped (whichever action occurs first). Refunds for the same will be initiated in 7-10 working days.

This product comes with a limited 6 years warranty against manufacturing defects.
Please note this means that the product comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) where Livspace will repair or replace your mattress, at Livspace’s discretion. In case of any manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with a then-current comparable model and size of the mattress. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible, a prorated credit settlement will be applicable.
Our warranties start on the day of purchase. When making a claim you will need the original receipt as proof of purchase.
