Cancellation Policy
• You can cancel your confirmed order only within 48 hours of placing the order. Post that no cancellation requests will be allowed
• Please raise your queries from the 'My Account' section

• All products are eligible for free replacement only in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you and not otherwise (Eg - Wrong product ordered, product not liked by the customer after delivery etc)
• We will carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your product, please contact us immediately
• Products cannot be returned but only replaced
• We do not have Pay on Delivery (POD) for large furnitures

• We encourage you to carefully read and understand the sizes mentioned on the product page and determine if the product you ordered fits into your entryway and rooms. Products refused because of them not passing through your entryway will not be eligible for any return
• We offer replacement only for defective items and there will be no refund
