Shipping to Delivery at your doorstep
Our teams work efficiently to offer great delivery experience when you buy from our website. We ensure that the product is delivered to your doorstep within seven working days. There are no additional charges for the delivery and assembling of the product.

Once the order is booked and the same has been confirmed with you, we dispatch the respective order according to time decided as per your convenience. Incase of change of plans you can let us know and we can re-set new delivery time as per your convenience. Once we reach your place, the delivery staff will unpack, assemble and place the furniture item in the room of your choice.

What if I'm not in love with the product I purchased?
We, at TheArmchair hope that you love the product you purchased incase you don’t we are there to assist you and help you choose another product as a replacement. Incase you do not want to exchange and would rather like to return the product, we will charge a nominal restocking fee (which will include to and fro shipping charges) and take the product back with no questions asked. The rest amount after deducting the restocking fee will be returned back to you after all the verification has been done.

Just email us at care@thearmchair.in or call us on 09352050590 within seven working days of receiving the product. Our team will guide you through the return/replacement process as early as possible.

Incase of return/replacement of the product, it should adhere to following conditions -
a) Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
b) It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.


Received product is damaged, can I make an exchange?
We understand the agony of the situation and inconvenience you may have experienced. Please accept our sincere apology incase you have received a damaged product. We ensure at the time of dispatch that the product is delivered to our customer with all standard precautions for it though the damage can take place in the transit. If you have received a damaged product, please email us the photographs of the damaged part at care@thearmchair.in within 7 days of receipt with all the order details.

Our team will review the damages and will get in touch with you within 24 hours time. If we have same product available in the stock we will exchange it for you free of cost, we can offer you an alternative or else send you the part that has to be replaced depending upon the damage or depending on the damage, we can arrange for a carpenter for fixing the product onspot. We will share the tracking details with you once we dispatch your exchange. When we arrange your product pickup from your place, our staff will ask you to fill a declaration form with all the order and product details. Please help fill in the same and handover it with the returned item. Thanks for the cooperation.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, due to any circumstances just call us @ 09352050590 with your reason. Seeing at your order status we can decide the cancellation of the order. In case, the order has not been dispatched we will refund the full order amount in the same form we had received the payment from you. If your order has been delivered we cannot take the cancellation!
