If the product shipped to you has a manufacturing defect or a quality issue or it is a different product than the one you ordered, we will try to replace it for you or issue a credit note/ process a refund.
To initiate this process please write to us at care@livspace.com. This service can be availed by you within 2 days from the delivery date, post which it becomes void.
If the product ordered for replacement is not available, we will initiate a refund post verification. Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days.

Please ensure to do so within 2 days of the order being confirmed or before order gets shipped (whichever action occurs first). Refunds for the same will be initiated in 7-10 working days.
