Our rugs are designed to last, but having a good care routine goes a long way in ensuring that your purchase will last for years. Here are some tips on maintaining your rug.
• Light Vacuum clean regularly. Avoid using a beater brush on rugs.
• Remove spills immediately. Blot any liquid with a clean cloth or a paper napkin.
• Please do not pull loose ends, if any. Trim with scissors.
• Please keep away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, open fireplaces and excess moisture.
• Please do not soak the rug in any liquid.
• For the initial weeks, shedding of material fibre may be observed. This is normal and will reduce with time & usage.
• Colors may fade slightly when placed in areas of direct sunlight. In this case, it is advisable to periodically rotate your rug to ensure this process is even.
We understand that a purchase such as this may not be what you expected after installation, and hence offer a return/cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.
Refunds/Replacements
We are committed to customer satisfaction. We take great pride in all the designs we create and curate and every product goes through a stringent quality check before it is shipped out to you.
As lovely as our products may be, we understand that sometimes they do not fit in your home as expected. For such instances, we do provide returns as a service. We accept returns only up to 2 days post delivery of the order.
Also if any of the products delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, or is damaged/wrong product please write to us at care@livspace.com along with the photograph of the product as soon as you have opened the packaging. We will try to replace the product/issue a credit note/initiate a refund depending on the scenario. Any complaint that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
In the case of non-availability of the specific product ordered by you for replacement, your refund for the product will be initiated post verification. Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can choose to cancel the order (or part of your order) within 02 (two) days of the order confirmation or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
